In the case of my military surplus items I would like to stress that you are purchasing military surplus from around the world. Unless the item states that it is new, NOS condition in packaging items in non or un-issued condition can be 50 years old or more. They will not show wear or signs of use but they have been stored for years and shipped around the world so they will show signs of storage and may have that military surplus smell.

  • Adjustable pull down Inner and Outer cold weather ear flaps. The outer pile lined flaps can be attached under your chin if desired. They can be worn with both flaps up, both down or just one down depending upon the weather, Features a short bill/visor with inner wire along the edge and an adjustable chin cord, 100% Polyester outer shell,100% Cotton lining. The inner lining has an elasticated back for size adjustment.  Euro Size 54-56 cm, U.S. size 6 3/4 - 7.
