Food Grade Lube:
1x 6 gram bag of DOW CORNING MOLYKOTE 111 is NSF/ANSI 51/61 certified food grade silicon lube for lubricating the pistons, cylinders and O-Rings/Seals. Manufacturing lot number H053M2H005, with a shelf life of 05-FEB-2027.
The DOW CORNING MOLYKOTE 111 lube included in this O-Ring/Seal Set is NSF/ANSI 51/61 certified and safe for use in food processing and in your Jura machine. Watch out for similar lube of unknown certification, unknown origin or expired, as it may not comply with United States food safety laws. The inclosed lube comes from a recent batch with documented origin. Manufacturing batch number is 0008935937 with a shelf life of 04-JULY-2022. Please Note: The lube you use when refurbishing your brew group and drainage valve comes in direct contact with the coffee you are drinking. Therefore, you always want to use certified food grade lube.
In addition: DOW CORNING MOLYCOTE 111 is the exact same compound as the OKS 1110 used in Europe when servicing all Jura machines. Please Note: In 2012 DOW CORNING started marketing the name "MOLYKOTE" for its 111 products. Therefore, "MOLYKOTE 111" is the exact same product as what was previously labelled "DOW CORNING 111 VALVE LUBRICANT & SEALANT".
