This is a Vintage Little Toidey Wooden Potty Seat Adjustable Vintage Nursery from The Toidy Company, Fort Wayne Indiana. Very well kept. 
Measures approx. 17" long X 10 1/4" wide, And it is in excellent vintage condition all original. There is a adjustable foot rest and strap for the child, It also folds down for easy storage. Very easy to fold and unfold. It does have some minor wear on it from age and use. As shown in the pictures. This would be a very connectable piece.
