Organic Medjool Dates
Ingredients: Organic Medjool Dates
Origin: Jordan
Organic Medjool dates are more than a little bit special.Organic Medjool Dates are wonderfully sweet and succulent. They make life without refined sugar possible by offering a decadent healthy natural alternative. Dates have been a staple part of the middle eastern diet for thousands of years because they are delicious and rich in nutrition.
Medjools are the most popular date variety because they are bigger, sweeter and softer so combine really well in desserts and smoothies. This makes them particularly popular with raw food enthusiasts and vegans. These soft gooey dates are best kept chilled.
If you want a less decadent choice for everyday then deglet nour dates are a nice middle ground as they are semi-soft and still full of flavour. If you want dates purely for baking then try soaking our semi-dry aseel dates for a cupboard staple. All three are delicious!

Most of our bulk products, 1kg or over are packed in polyethylene which is fully recyclable with the supermarket carrier bag scheme. There is a little tip on the corner of our labels which recommends to peel off the label before recycling. Another way to to identify these bags is to stretch them slightly (if they stretch then recycle them at any local carrier bag scheme).
