POSTAGE & DISPATCH - After payment the items are normally dispatched the same day or next business day depending on the time of the purchase. Your item will be sent by Royal Mail and is free in the UK via 2nd class post, this normally takes 3-5 working days, but can up to 10 business days for it to arrive. 1st class post is an option if you need it faster this normally takes 1-2 working days. Items will be posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Postage is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Buyers must provide the correct PayPal confirmed delivery address. Any changes to the address after the checkout process will not be considered as valid so make sure your address is correct and up to date.

Items lost in the post - Royal Mail only declare items are lost after 15 working days. Refunds and replacements will only be issued after 15 days and confirmation that the item has not been delivered. A compensation claim to Royal Mail will be made following confirmation of a lost item. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted by Royal Mail.

RETURNS - For all refunds please email us first. Refunds will only be given for unused & returned items.

Changed your mind - Requirements for these returns are:- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. You need to message us to confirm you wish to cancel within this 14 day timeframe. Items must be returned back to us within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned at the buyers expense in original unused condition with the original packaging. The item must NOT be used, worn or damaged, and must be in new condition when received back to us. The item must be securely packed to ensure it is received back in re-sale-able condition. Failure to do so may affect the refund offered. Returns are still available outside this timeframe but buyers will be charged for the costs incurred at the point of sale, these include eBay seller fee and P&P costs.

Faulty item or Damaged in the post items - If you wish to return a faulty or Damaged item, please email us first. Photos may be requested in this return process. The return cost of faulty or damaged items will be meet by us. If you fail to follow the instructions & tips, it will not work out well. Air bubbles under the tape, creases in the tape & lifting edges are examples of bad application methods. This is not the fault of the product and no refunds will be given for bad application. Over 20,000 have applied without issue so shows it is easy to do as the feedback indicates. Start with small pieces first to get the hang of fitting the tape, if you can't do it we will refund unused part pieces of tape that is sent back. If you wish to return part of your item please email us first. The item must be securely packed to ensure it is received back in re-sale-able condition, the item must be returned at the buyers expense.
