1.Do the tracks come complete with everything?

All the curtain tracks come complete with assembled rail, motor, brackets and gliders. Some longer lengths will be in two halves with a joining piece.

All the curtain tracks for Bay window  come complete with assembled rail, motor ,gliders, brackets and 90degree or 135degree bend. Some longer length will be in two halves with a joining piece.

2.Is it easy to assemble?Can I install myself?

It is very simple.We already assemble for you,when you receive it,you just install it on the wall or ceiling.

3.What is the maximum load?

The maximum load is 50-100kgs depends on the models of the motor, so it suits for most hotel,office and home windows.

4.Your models are categorized by meters.Wha if my window is not exactly in whole meters,say 2.5meters?

We can cut the size you want for free by our professional machine.

5.What if I need two tracks.

Dual-trck will need two sets  of our system so each of them can operate individually.But you could use one remote or wall switch to control both of them.

6.Your demo is showing centrally opened curtains,can I install it as one-way assembly?

Yes,you could let us know after order,we will setup for you.

7.Can I use it by home automation?

Yes,our motor is built-in receiver,frequency is 433mhz,if your remote device can accept this channel.Then you can use remote device to control it,like smart phone,tablet,etc.

8.Can I order a longer one?

Yes,please message us on eBay , we will offer you the price.

9.Can the track be cut down?

 Yes, all of the made-to-measure tracks can be cut down. They can be cut down simply using a normal hacksaw.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Remote controls, parts and accessories that are not made to measure can be returned for refund within a period of 14 days after you receive your order. Goods must be suitable for resale and have original undamaged packaging and you will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us. A full refund for the goods excluding any postage costs will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the goods .

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

All tracks are made to measure to your own bespoke sizes and are therefore only suitable for your own specifically ordered dimensions. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order via email or telephone if you would like any amendments or you wish to cancel any items.

The motor come with a 2 Year warranty .

REPLACEMENTS

 We carefully inspect and test every product before dispatch, to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your new item is received as damaged please contact us at eBay. You must inform us within 7 working days of any faults or incorrect items and we will repair or replace the product, whichever is deemed more appropriate.
