This was a private publication of IBM that was given as a gift to associates and others as a promotion.  It is a collection of interesting quotations and accompanying photographs. It is a high quality production with a cloth cover and high quality paper and printing...no suprise there.

It was printed in 1974 and this copy was given to the Co-ordinator of Computer Evaluation for the University of California system in Feb. 1975.
