Store Policies
All wallpaper sidewalls are sold and priced in DOUBLE ROLL quantities. A double roll is 2 continuous single rolls that appear as 'one' roll. Refer to the Product Description for dimensions.

Colors show differently on computer monitors. We try to describe products as accurately as possible. If an exact color match is required, please order a sample in advance of placing your order.

Returns:We accept returns and, in contrast to most other wallpaper sellers, we do not charge a restocking fee. Both outbound and return SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE with the exclusion of borders for which there are no outbound or return shipping charges.

Shipping

We ship within one day of order receipt but if quicker shipment is required we can ship the same day. Just send us a note asking for quicker shipment. We ship via USPS and FedEx. Most wallpaper sidewalls ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground and are usually, barring holiday or weather delays, delivered within 3 days of shipping date with some location exceptions. Borders ship via First Class Mail for smaller quantities and USPS Priority for larger quantities (typically 3 or more). We can ship orders overnight express mail for an added fee.
