Magnificent on rather thick paper the story I got with it was that it was the cover art from the 1973 Comic Con in Dallas, shown is a copy of the cover that was sent to me by a fellow eBayer & art collector J. David Spurlock.
It is 20 inches tall X 14 1/2 inches wide.
