If you are not completely satisfied with your products or you want to exchange them, you can return them within 30 days at your expense. They have to be unused, in the original packaging (including labels) and in a perfect and saleable condition. You will then receive a full refund or an exchange to the same value as the item originally purchased.

Items will be dispatched same day, if ordered before 1 pm. Otherwise, next working day. Every item is packaged with great care and checked before dispatching. To ensure quick and safe delivery, items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class for free (typically takes 1-2 working days).
