Classic vintage square tessellated coral stone coffee table by Maitland-Smith. Completely veneered in small even rectangles, each being slightly different than the next in color and pattern. Smooth surface. Square with clipped corners and a string inlay of brass on the top. Painted cream underside with the "Made in Philippines" gold sticker common on these Maitland Smith pieces.
In exceptional condition. No stains and virtually no wear. The top is without issue. There are some minor flakes/chips on a few of the leg corners, but very minimal, too small to photograph. Some scuffs on the beveled edge's corners - again, something you have to look closely at to see. One of the nice things about the texture and pattern of the material is that it hides condition issues! Sits levelly and there are no structural issues. Wonderful coral stone table. Non-smoking estate.
