The disc is shaped as a Christmas star (it was released just in time to be decorated on your 1985 Christmas tree). The disc is in Excellent condition. It does have a few small marks on the front (see photo). It comes complete with both Promo Hype stickers on the PVC. There is a small hole in the lower left of the sleeve (see photos for details).
