Shipping and Delivery

Shipping time for used equipment is up to 2 weeks after payment is

received.

can be made for all 50 states and Canada.

International purchases require a stateside shipping address.

The customer is responsible for arranging any overseas delivery once it
arrives to their corresponding port.

Payment must be received in full for the item, shipping

costs, tax (if applicable) prior to shipping.

Used Fitness Sales provides local deliveries throughout the

state of CT and parts of MA, VT, NH, PA, NY, ME, NJ.

Customers receive tracking and contact information within 24

hours of their item(s) being shipped so delivery schedules can be
coordinated.

We ship via motor freight with curbside delivery and liftgate

only. You are responsible for moving it into your home or business.

On request, we can ship dock to dock

We do offer inside delivery upon request for an additional

fee to limited areas. Please call us if you are interested in inside
delivery.

Picking up your item(s) at the local freight terminal does

not change the freight and delivery fees

Unless noted, items are shipped fully assembled, wrapped for

protection and strapped to wood pallets.

Freight costs are based on the weight, dimensions of the

shipment and your zip code. It also includes the packaging fee.

If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way,

please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in correcting
any issues. Please do not refuse
delivery as most issues that can occur are usually not as bad as they may
look and can easily be rectified by parts and a service tech.

Customers can provide their own carrier service but handling

and packaging fees of $50.00 will apply. Payment must be made prior to the
release of the item(s).

Items that are delivered by Used Fitness Sales are brought

into the home or commercial facility fully assembled. Occasionally items
will have to be assembled once we are in the home or facility. If such services are needed, additional
fees will apply.

Delivery dates are scheduled during the week based on

availability and convenience.

Pick Ups

· Items should not be

picked up until customer has received notification that the item(s) is/are

ready. We will contact the customer by phone or e-mail.

All pick ups will require an appointment.

Unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and

seller, all items are to be picked up within 14 days from the close of
auction or be subject to a storage fee of $65.00 per month.

Payment for total auction or store item and any other fess

must be paid prior to pickup.

Taxes

· All customers picking

up or receiving local delivery for items purchased from Used Fitness Sales are

subject to local sales tax of 6.35%.

Rights of Buyer and Seller

By placing a bid on this item you are entering into a legally

binding contract to purchase the above-described item.

Used Fitness Sales reserves the right to cancel any bid from

buyers with a 0 or overwhelming negative feedback.

If you send a message via eBay, please allow up to 24 hours

for a response. Responses will be made during regular business hours.

Used Fitness Sales strives to maintain 100% Customer

Satisfaction – If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, please contact us directly so that we can resolve the
matter.

If a customer wins their auction but chooses to cancel, they

are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Payment needs to be made to Used
Fitness Sales. This fee is to cover the charges that Used Fitness Sales
incurred from eBay.

We will refund product price if the product is defective. The

return shipping cost is paid by customer.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Used Fitness Sales reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
