About our Vinyl Stickers

Our select Vinyl is a high gloss, high quality Ritrama Spec, and it is water proof, printed with an ECO solvent ink. Quality up to 1440 pixels. Prints can be used both indoor and outdoor; able to withstand inclement weathering condition and extreme temperatures.

What you would receive

You will receive as many stickers that can fit into the selected sheet of vinyl, taking into consideration the size of the contour cuts.

How to upload your artwork

After Completing your purchase, you would receive an eBay Message with instructions of how to send us your art work.

Expected Artwork

Accepted file formats are: PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF, CDR, vectors

In High Resolution pixels. Please do not expect a quality printed sticker from a low quality or blurred image. Anything over 1000 Pixels is considered HD quality.

Packaging

Any orders large enough that cannot safely fit into and up to A4-A5 sized envelopes will then incur an addition £2 fee for Tube or Special packaging.

Postage

Orders are usually dispatched using our Free Royal Mail 2^nd Class delivery service Monday - Friday, unless other postal arrangements are made. Any Orders placed on a Saturdays, Sunday, or public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

Cancellation policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been printed. However, a partial refund would be considered less or Admin fee for wasted time & materials.

Return Policy

·     Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or faulty stickers.

·     No returns are accepted for delivered orders unless received completely damaged or faulty. Please send visual proof of the damage via messages to substantiate a re-work or refund.

·     We can only re-work orders that have been returned in original packaging 

·     No returns on orders due to poorly supplied imagery and artwork.
