All orders should be received within 2-3 working days via Hermes tracked service. Royal Mail is available in delivery options.
Sometimes parcels can get lost or damaged if this is the case we take full responsibility to make a full refund or replacement.

Return Policy
Returns and Refunds are accepted within 30 days of postmark. We aim to deliver 100% customer satisfaction however if you are unsatisfied then please contact us before leaving any negative feedback so we can ensure you get the right help. **Please note any cut length fabrics that have been cut directly from the roll purchased are difficult to sell on again therefore we advise you buy a sample to check suitability.** All items must be in as new condition when they are being returned. If there is no fault with the item/s returned the buyer will need to pay for the return postage.
