Diese gut erhaltene, und noch wichtiger, zuverlässig und präzise arbeitende Herrenarmbanduhr wird zusammen mit einem ebenso selten zu findenden EXPANDRO Panzerarmband angeboten.
Beide Stücke aus "Westdeutscher" Produktion passen von der Epoche, dem Stil und der Qualität absolut zueinander.
Der Anblick erinnert unweigerlich an Kiez und Halbwelt der späten Sechziger, beziehungsweise frühen siebziger Jahre.
Das Armband wird die Betrachter polarisieren, aber man kann sich entweder an dem Stil nicht satt ekeln oder man liebt ihn, hingucken muss man in jedem Fall.
Das massive Edelstahlarmband trägt sich trotz des beträchtlichen Gewichts besonders im Sommer schön luftig und das viele Metall wirkt kühlend.
Das Expandro Band bietet zwei Möglichkeiten für eine Verlängerung des Bandes, für ganz grosse Hände kann man es auch komplett aus der Führungsschiene aushaken und öffnen.
Das Band sollte für einen Handgelenksumfang bis zu mindestens 18 Zentimetern ausreichend sein.
Auch das Uhrgehäuse ist massiv aus Edelstahl gefertigt und befindet sich in einem ansehnlichen Zustand für das Alter, das Plexiglas hat kaum störende Macken.
Lediglich der Rückseitige Deckel hat beim öffnen mal eine etwas tiefere Schmarre abbekommen.
In der Uhr arbeitet zuverlässig und genau ein hochwertiges ETA 2783 Automatikerk mit 25 Steinen, Incabloc Stossicherung und Datumschnellverstellung.
Das wohl einzigartige Ensemble wiegt gute 105 Gramm

This well-preserved, and more importantly, reliable and accurate working men's wristwatch is available with an equally rare EXPANDRO armored bracelet.
Both pieces from WEST-GERMANY production perfectly match the epoch, the style and the quality.
The sight inevitably recalls the pimps and demimonde of the late sixties and early seventies, respectively.
The bracelet will polarize the viewer, but you either can not get enough of the style or you love it, you have to look in any case.
The massive stainless steel bracelet wears well, despite the considerable weight, especially in the summer and the many metal has a cooling effect.
The Expandro Band offers two possibilities for an extension of the band, for very big hands you can unhook it completely from the guide rail and open it.
The band should be sufficient for a wrist circumference up to at least 18 centimeters.
Also, the watch case is made of stainless steel and is in a respectable condition for its age, the acrylic glas has hardly annoying quirks.
Only the back cover has gotten a little deeper scratch on opening.
