It is No 79 in DC Silver Age Jimmy Olsen Superman's Pal series.

It is perfectly flat pages are cream colour and unmarked.

It has slight ageing at bottom right hand corner of cover

It was packed away in 1969 by me and never been read

It has reference to the Beatles in the story line

I can not professionally grade this comic as I am not a dealer

But this in my opinion is in near perfect condition with the added rarity of the double cover 

It comes from a pet and smoke free home
