The kit has 2 easy to assemble parts shown clearly in the pictures. I have given a fair amount of clearance for each of the parts so they should fit loosely. Glue and filler putty for padding will work nicely to secure the handle. It's very durable and can survive a few falls. You will need to sand and clean up a few areas with modelling putty/milliput etc to get the best finish. The clean up work is pretty minimal.
Material: High quality PLA plastic
General painting advice: For Best paint coverage, two/three thin coats of a heavy filler primer with plenty of time to let dry. Any primer works, I’ve tested the cheapest £1 cans of unbranded car primer to Citadel and Hycote branded with little different to the end product. Paint With your choice of paints, Citadel paints, Acrylic and enamel all work. To note you can paint directly onto the plastic but you will need to use several layers as the plastic is absorbent.
Items will typically arrive the same colour as shown in the images. I tend to use neutral or grey colours however you may get a different than shown depending on my supplier. This allows me to stay competitively priced and keep the item costs down.
Premium PLA makes these pieces sturdy however they can still be delicate items and should be treated as such. As this is a 3D printed piece, there's always a chance for an imperfection, modelling putty and sandpaper are best to fix this. Item is shipped securely with durable packing for peace of mind.
