Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia primarily using Australia Post. Depending on the order weight and size we may use other couriers.

Delivery time frame:

Business days = Monday to Friday

STANDARD POST:

Sending to same state:

Metro locations: 2-5 business days

Country locations: 3-6 business days

Sending interstate:

Metro locations: 3-6 business days

Country locations: 5-8 business days

EXPRESS POST:

1-2 business days

Handling time frame:

Our handing time is 1 day. We try out best to adhere to the 1 day handling time but because of external factors ie emergency, bad weather etc, sometimes it can take up to 2-3 days to ship out your order.

Your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date:

If your order has not arrived then please give it an additional 6 business days after the latest expected delivery date (6 business days is needed because sometimes parcels can arrive a few days after the expected delivery date depending on Australia Post/courier delays or weather). If 6 business days after the latest estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived then please contact us for assistance.

Returns policy

Faulty Items:

Before shipping the product to the buyer, the product is inspected to ensure it is in working condition and passes our quality control standards. Sometimes there is no way to tell if a product is faulty. If a product is found to be defective or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

After we receive the defective or faulty product and it has been identified as defective or faulty by us these are the options for the buyer:

-         A full refund will be made on the product and we will pay for return shipping fees

-         A replacement product will be sent if there is stock available at the time

If an item is found to not be faulty the buyer will be required to pay for any shipping costs associated and a 20% restocking fee if the buyer does not want the item anymore.

Non-Faulty Items:

Buyers are able to refund and exchange items up to 30 days of the purchase if the product is kept in:

-          In brand new condition

-          Unopened packaging

-          Is the exact same product that was sold to you in the eBay sale

A change of mind refund, incorrect purchase or product exchange will incur a 20% restocking fee of the value of the item and buyers are required to arrange and pay the return shipping fees.

NOTE: Any opened health related products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons
