DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after we received your cleared payment.
Items should arrive within 2-5 working days (unless stated otherwise).
All products are brand new. We quality control, package and ship every single item that is sold.
If you have not received your items, you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item, we will investigate the matter with our couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately.
Delivery to Channel Islands, offshore British Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur additional delivery charges. Please message us before hand so we can adjust your our shipping costs.

TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event your item becomes damaged or defective during shipping, please report this to us via eBay messages no later than 24 hours after confirmed delivery.
If you change your mind or have purchased an item by mistake and would like to return the item, you have 30 days after placing your order to return the item to us. Buyer pays return postage. Return items should be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories. Buyers MUST contact us for the return address. Refunds may be rejected, or partial refunds provided if item is returned used, damaged, defective, parts missing or not in the original packaging. Shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from refund or invoiced separately, where item was bought in error or no longer needed. We do not accept returns from international orders.
We provide clear pictures and measurements where possible. Please check OE#, listed picture and compatibility table above to make sure the item fits your vehicle. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to check for you. The buyer is responsible for making sure the item is compatible for their vehicle. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for incorrect or mistaken purchases.
