After 7 days item can only be exchanged. Returned DOA product will be tested before a refund can be issued.

Within the 30 day money back period, you may return the item back for refund for any reason (refund may subject to 15% restocking fee plus the shipping cost -- or 25% restocking fee for purchases with free shipping, if the reason of the return is not our mistake).
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
