A clasp is NOT included with this strap. You need to transfer the deployment clasp over from your old strap
PLEASE CHECK the model number of your deployment clasp. It is marked on one of the deployment arms, and will start with "FC5..."
This strap is ONLY compatible with the following clasp model numbers:

FC5000, FC5014, FC5015, FC5016, FC5023, FC5027, FC5028, FC5030, FC5034, FC5035
FC5036, FC5038, FC5042, FC5050, FC5052, FC5057
All other TAG Heuer clasps have a higher clasp clamp height (3 mm vs 2 mm for those listed above), and this strap will be too thin for their clasp clamps as a result.

If your watch currently has a metal bracelet you will need a new deployment clasp, as the clasp from a metal bracelet cannot be used with a leather strap.
This strap CANNOT be used with a pin buckle, as it has neither holes, loops nor a cutout for the pin

The item (and its original packaging) should be in new, unused, resalable condition, and must reach us within 14 days of the date you advised us you intend to return it.
When returning items to us, customers have a statutory duty to ensure that they reach us in good order. We recommend that an insured delivery service is used, as we may have a right of action against you if items are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Watch Strap World can accept no liability for direct, consequential or any other losses whatsoever arising from the supply, fitment or use of any goods sold by us. In all instances our maximum liability will be limited to the actual sale price of the item/s concerned.
