• Purchase this repair service only if your Sony SRS-X3 meets at least one of the conditions described below:
• - Short battery life / poor battery performance / playtime has decreased dramatically from when speaker was new.
• - When speaker is turned on, the charge indicator flashes 3 times in orange and the speaker turns off - this happens after the battery was fully charged.
• - When charging an empty battery, the orange charge indicator light turns off after a short time - before charging is completed.
• - Charge indicator flashes slowly in orange, shortly after the battery was fully charged.
• - Speaker volume gets automatically lowered, shortly after the battery was fully charged.
