PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made with any form of PayPal.
eChecks
normally take three (3) days to clear.
Package ships when payment clears.
Buyers have five (5) days in which to purchase their item …or
combined---eligible--- items. If you require additional time---
message me via eBay. After eight
(8) days, Buyers may be subject to an Unpaid Item Case, unless the Buyer
requests a cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you
use "BUY IT NOW" for an item or items--- decide you don’t
want it or them and haven’t yet submitted payment,
please request a
Cancellation --- which will be
accepted. Otherwise, Ebay will
open an Unpaid Item Case If payment isn’t
received after eight (8) days.
If you have already paid for an
item, then decide you don't want it, request to
cancel immediately or very soon afterwards, as your item or
items ship either the same day or the next day; otherwise you will have to
return it for refund.
REFUNDS: The Enchanted Cottage offers a money-back or replacement guarantee (inventory permitting). For
example…if Tracking Information… indicates that your package was NOT
delivered, the Enchanted Cottage will either refund your total purchase price
or replace your item…. if inventory permits.
If the Item was damaged during shipment, please contact me soon as
possible.
If you receive an incorrect
item, please contact me as mistakes do happen…and I will endeavor to resolve
the issue promptly and fairly.
If you….change your mind…..returns on most
items will be accepted. Please use
eBay’s Hassle-Free Return program or contact me directly so I know to expect
the return. However, RETURN… shipping costs… are not refundable for
“change your mind” items

NEW SALES TAX COLLECTION LAWS
We are now required by law to collect sales tax in many
states.
On
June 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in favor of a
case (the state in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc) to allow taxation on remote sales (online
sales). This means that many states now require sales tax to be
collected for them.
Implementation
of this ruling began in Jan 2019---and the list of states is growing
