Orders weighing less than 2kg
are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders weighing more than 2kg
are dispatched via myHermes 2nd
Class.
If you have paid for first class
delivery, we will send the item as first-class
delivery which will be received by recipient in one working day.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns for Dissatisfaction:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will initiate a full refund. Please note that any costs associated with postage for returns will not be refunded. It is essential to return the item in the same condition in which it was received. This includes ensuring the manufacturer's packaging is intact and the seal remains unbroken. Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return.
Return Fees for Unwanted Items:
We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any postage costs, for items returned due to incorrect orders or items that are no longer needed. Please make sure to double-check your order and review the product details before making a purchase.
