Returns are accepted ONLY if the item has initial failure or does not match the description. We don’t accept return or refund request for the following cases.
(1) The wrong selection of the item.
(2) Reason of “I don’t like it” or “I changed my mind”.
(3) Opened or unsealed items.
(4) Ink flow becomes worse using ink made by other brands.
(5) Delivery delays for the reason of customs in buyer's country.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
