• Returns Policy

  Electrotraders offers all of our customers a 30 day Peace of Mind Return Policy.

  • If you Change your mind return shipping is at your expense.
  • If return is due to incorrect goods supplied or a faulty item, shipping is at our expense. Contact us for a return shipping order number first.
  • We will not accept returns via Australia Post COD.
  • Returns due to incorrect address or failure to collect item will incur additional re-postage  fees both ways.
  • Warranty claims from any hard wired electrical items must be accompanied by a copy of the installing licensed electrical contractors, invoice and license number.
  • All returns must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
