From the estate of Legendary Hollywood and New York actress Sylvia Miles we have one of her most iconic pieces - her Maltese Cross brooch!  The brooch is guaranteed to be from the estate of Sylvia Miles.  Sylvia wore this brooch throughout her years in New York.  The brooch is a spectacular Art Deco - Retro heavy Rhinestone Paste brooch of great beauty. 

Sylvia Miles was an American actress. She was twice nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performances in Midnight Cowboy (1969) and Farewell, My Lovely (1975).  Miles was a fixture in New York City society, having lived there her entire life.

The cross is 2 5/8 inches by 2 5/8 inches.  Traces of Sylvia's perfume persist!
