After doing a bit of research, I've discovered this sign to have a very rich history.

ACT ONE is the play presenter listed on the sign. This sign is based on famous novel "The Rainmaker " by N. Richard Nash. 

It's in good condition for its age with a sturdy structure. No major cracks, or breaks in the board. Sold "As Is".
