The Marquise de Pompadour - the charming mistress of King Louis XIV - was not only one of the most charismatic figures at the court of Versailles, but also a passionate and committed lover. The "rococo muse" supported, among others, promising writers such as Voltaire and musicians such as the young Mozart. She also played a crucial role in founding the French porcelain factory in Sevres, and gave creative building projects in Paris, such as the Place de la Concorde.

The pen is new, unused and in great condition. It comes complete with its presentation box, outer packaging and certificate.
