Order Process Time:

We process orders 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. If you payment cleared through PayPal on any weekday, it will either be postd on the day or the next business day. All orders are processed as promptly as possible to make sure you will receive your items as quick as possible. If your order is urgent, please send us an email or ebay message. 

Delivery Options & Time:

We are located in Sydney and all items will be process from Sydney.

All orders are posted out only, no pick-ups.

Lost or Stolen Articles:

We are not directly liable for any lost or damaged goods during transit, however in the unlikely event that your package go missing or damaged, please contact us and we will try to help you. All package comes with tracking information.

All sales are final. Full payment is expected to be within 3 working days from date of purchase. If you have any issues with payment, please contact us. Otherwise an unpaid item case will be lodged through ebay after 7 days.

While all care is taken when portraying these products through photographs, however due to many technical reasons, the colour you see on your computer screen is likely to be different to the actual product with some degree of discrepancies. We suggest you know the colour of the product before your purchase. Exchange & Returns:

If unfortunately you received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days and we can arrange a replacement for you, but we will ask you for photographic proof to confirm.
