How much extra is it to get my tracking information?
Free! Affina exclusively utilises Australia Post for all distribution. Both postage and tracking is complimentary. We will upload your tracking information to eBay within 24 hours of purchase.
I've opened the packaging and the mouthpiece looks too big for my mouth, do you have a smaller size?
Dont stress! The mouthpiece does look large at first glance. But once placed in water, the mouthpiece shrinks up to 30% during the moulding process. Give it a go, and if it's still too large, send us an email!
I accidently pulled the gel polymer away from the plastic, what do I do?
Try to follow the Sleep Easy instructions when making adjustments to your Sleep Easy; like any product, it will break if tampered with. Some customers see good success with using dentist safe products to glue the unit back together. But if you dont have anything handy, send us an email and we can replace the product free of charge (just pay postage).
