Custom Embroidered Name/Text Tag Iron-on or Sew-On Patch
Simply tell us how you want your patch and we’ll get to work in order to get it to you.
***VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure to provide us with the required details, preferably in the following format to avoid any confusions:

INCORRECT: "Text, green, blue, orange"; We need to know the specifics and cannot guess what each color is referring to or what blue is wanted since there are different options provided in the picture gallery.
***If all required details are not included
within the order we cannot complete the order, it usually pushes back the ship
date, hence takes longer for delivery.***
Font Style, Fabric Color options and Thread Color options can be found in the picture gallery. (Please note that due to monitor settings the colors may vary a bit.)
**Double check your text spelling since we copy and paste your text from the order into our digitizing program. (If using "quotation marks", please specify if you would like to keep the quotation marks in the wording.)
Please consider that the amount of characters in the wording AND the font type do affect the size of the lettering and size of the patch overall. The more letters, the smaller the lettering and patch height as well.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
- Iron-On: We Suggest on light use items such as backpacks, Decorative items, holiday items, etc...
- Sew-On: For a permanent attachment to your garment/item sew-on your patch. This is recommended for items that receive regular washes such as school uniform shirts, work shirts, jackets, dog sweaters, etc...

PATCH DIMENSIONS:
4" Patch: Approximately 4.0 inches Wide by approximately 0.75 - 1.5 inches tall, depending on the font and amount of lettering.
6" Patch: Approximately 6.0 inches Wide by approximately 1.0 - 2.5 inches tall, depending on the font and amount of lettering.
8" Patch: Approximately 8.0 inches Wide by approximately 1.0 - 3.0 inches tall, depending on the font and amount of lettering.

Production Timeline: 1 to 4 business days. (A business day is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday.)
Do take into consideration that we will produce the order and place it in the mail in a timely manner, but once it reaches USPS, we don't have control of it anymore.
Lost packages do occur every once in a while, if this happens please contact us before leaving a review, we ALWAYS work things out so that you as a customer will be happy.
***If a refund is processed due to an error from us, we will refund shipping costs as well.
***If it was a buyer error, only the patch cost will be refunded since shipping cost is non-refundable from the USPS once it's been purchased and used.
***If you need a special logo, do not purchase

logo. We can produce logos, but please message us with the details beforehand
