Tillandsia live exclusively on air and water where they take their necessary moisture and nutrients. They can be fastened to rock or wood (mopani is ideal) to replicate their natural environment where they use their small rooting system to attach themselves to rocks and trees. They make great houseplants and are easy to care for – just spray them with water and assist with a fertiliser once a week.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Collections or 'mixed' listings for plants will be selected dependant on availability and carefully hand-picked to ensure their quality. Plants range in size from 10 to 25cm. We will aim to include a mixture of shape and size for a complete collection.
Photos show our tillandsia range - you will receive a selection of plants picked at random from current stock. We cannot guarantee exactly which species, shapes and sizes you will receive as each varies naturally.
