These are very rare new pencils.The pencils tops are two inches, counting there hair.  Those on the blue or pink colored pencils, may have a little color bleeding into their tummies. All my remaining stock has left over sticker residue on the pencils, towards the top, from a store logo being removed. Many have plastic coverings, but some do not.
