Single piece custom made watch strap
The first strap sample (1st~6th photos) was made: JLC TTR 1931 vintage dark brown shell cordovan strap, 20x18mm in width, 72x115mm in length, thick 5.0mm taper to 2.0mm, bronze stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.
The second strap sample (5th~7th photos) was made: JLC TTR 1931 vintage style dark brown shell Cordovan strap,20x18mm in width,75x115mm in length,thick 5.0mm taper to 3.0mm, match stitching, burnished edges.
The genuine Shell Cordovan is the art of tanning at its finest.
More than just a color, it is a very specific leather, from the buttock of horsehide.

The selling item is one custom made vintage style Shell Cordovan strap, no including the watch and buckle/clasp.
No stock, only make to order.
These two strap samples were sold by way of the custom strap order of my customers.
It could be made a new custom strap to fit both your wrist size and your watch lug.
I would be glad to make a new custom strap according to the specification of your custom strap order.
For ordering the new custom strap, we only need your help to confirm the widths of the strap at both the watch lug end and the buckle end, and the length of both the short end strap and the long end strap (or your wrist size).
By means of your help I will be able to make a unique custom strap to fit your wrist size.
All of my Shell Cordovan leather straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of genuine leather( include the front side Shell Cordovan leather, and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread. Please take a look at the last one photo in which you can see our threads are the best.
The custom strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining.
It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.
Please take a look at the leather ring ( floating keeper ) in 6th photo.
Each leather rings of our watch straps were made of two layer of leather which were glued together and sewn very well.
Therefore, you don't have to worry any more about the damage of the leather rings.
The JLC TTR 1931 custom made Shell Cordovan strap is priced at $ 210 USD, now charges the promotional price at $ 160 USD. No including the buckle.
