We are environmentally conscious. To avoid using excessive plastic packaging chips we use recycled paper to fill the packing boxes. Where possible we also use recycled boxes to ship the items. Please rest assured that we will always ensure that your items are shipped well protected and safe for transport, without ruining the planet!

Returns Information

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns to VintageTrainers from within the UK are FREE, easy and tracked with Royal Mail.

You need to contact us within 2 working days of receipt to confirm that you wish to return the item.

We can then provide a postage paid label via email that you will need to print out and attach to the original box as received. The parcel can then be dropped off at any local post office and returned back to us FREE OF CHARGE.

We ask that all items be returned in EXACTLY the same condition (un-worn) as received in the original packaging (box) as supplied. We are very environmentally conscious and as such always use recycled materials for packaging. There is absolutely no need for more waste to be created by returning the item is different packaging than sent as the recycled box is more than sufficient to withstand the return trip back from you to us.
