The mug is 3 7/8" tall and 3 1/4" across the top.

The mug is labeled "PMS is nature's way of saying 

Shut Up!  Shut Up!  Just shut up and leave me alone!".

The bottom of the mug is labeled "1989 Hallmark Cards Inc.".
