3M 7502 / 37082 Reusable Half Face Mask Respirator Facepiece Size: MEDIUM
With 1 Pair Of 3M 2097 / 07184 P100 With Nuisance Level Organic Vapor Relief Particulate Filter

3M 7502 / 37082:

This half facepiece reusable respirator 7500 Series uses advanced silicone material to help provide comfortable and durable respiratory protection. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps make breathing easier and can reduces heat and moisture build-up for cool, dry comfort.

The 3M™ Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series helps provide protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M cartridges and filters. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M™ cartridges and filters, this respirator (commonly referred to as a “mask”) helps provide respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). This respirator uses an advanced silicone material that provides a softer feel on the face. A unique adjustment design helps reduce pressure points on the face for even more comfort. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps make breathing easier and can offer cooler and drier comfort for the wearer. Head harness may be adjusted to drop down when not in active use (allows respirator to be removed without taking off hard hat). The exhalation valve cover directs exhaled breath and moisture downward while helping protect the valve area from debris while also making for easier cleaning. Recommended applications include abatement, painting, welding, chemical handling, construction, utilities, mining, pharmaceutical, and smelting. NIOSH, a Federal government regulatory agency, has tested and approved the 7500 Series with 3M™ cartridges, filters or supplied air systems to help reduce breathing certain airborne contaminants. This half facepiece respirator may be used with 3M™ Cartridge 6000 Series; 3M™ Filters 2000, 2200, 7000 or 5000 Series; or 3M™ Dual Airline Systems against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards according to NIOSH approvals. Breathing hazardous particles, gases and vapors can be harmful to your health. The 3M™ half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 7500 Series helps reduce exposure to many contaminants. Enhanced comfort and visibility features make wearing the respirator noticeably more enjoyable.

3M 2097 / 07184:

NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. 3M recommended for nuisance level organic vapor relief and for ozone protection up to 10X OSHA PEL.

The 3M Particulate Filter 2097, P100, with Nuisance Level Organic Vapor Relief helps provide respiratory protection against exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA. The filter is effective for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces, or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. This filter helps protect against a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. The filter also offers nuisance level odor relief from organic vapors that are below the PEL. Nuisance level refers to concentrations not exceeding OSHA PEL or other applicable government exposure limits, whichever is lower. Do not use for respiratory protection against organic vapors or in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH). The 2097 is commonly used for welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring and soldering. Inventory needs and training requirements of safety equipment are reduced because this filter works for many different applications. This filter is commonly used in the following industries: agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, primary metals.

The filter works with a wide range of facepieces, including 3M Half and Full Facepieces 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series. If used with 3M Adapter 502, the filter may also be used with 3M Respirator 5000 Series or 3M Cartridge 6000 Series. The filter is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. The filter has been assigned the color code “Magenta” in the NIOSH system. Passing NIOSH’s P-series test criteria, the 2097 P100 filter provides at least 99.97 percent filter efficiency against particles.

Versatile and simple to install

The 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series are made with propritary Advanced Electrostatic Media (AEM) consisting of highly charged microfibers arranged in an open formation that enhance the capture of airborne particles while allowing for greater passage of air through the media. These particulate filters are both flame and water resistant. They are easy to install. Plus, 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series are compatible with 3M™ Half Facepieces 6000, 6500/6500QL and 7500 Series, and Full Facepieces 6000, FF-400 and 7800 Series, thus helping to reduce inventory needs.

Help protect your workforce

After you've determined the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment, help protect your employees with a properly fitted 3M™ Reusable Respirator and corresponding particulate filters. 3M™ Particulate Filters 2000 Series are NIOSH-approved and are designed to help filter a broad range of oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with certain 3M half and full facepieces. These filters help provide respiratory protection from particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. Some models include nuisance level organic vapor and/or acid gas relief. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or contain hazardous levels of organic vapors and/or acid gases (except hydrogen flouride on certain models).
