Currently we only accept one payment method which is via PayPal. We will be accepting direct bank transfer soon and will update this policy in due time.

Shipping Policy

Items are shipped from Brisbane using Australia Post, and because Brisbane is a capital city it means shipping times are quick.

Delivery times

Business days = Monday to Friday

Sending to same state between:

Metro locations: 2-5 business days

Metro & country locations: 3-6 business days

Country locations: 3-6 business days

Sending interstate between:

Metro locations: 3-6 business days

Metro and country locations: 4-7 business days

Country locations: 5-8 business days

Handling times

We will try out best to follow the 1 day handling time, but because of many external factors which can affect this, sometimes it can take up to 2-3 days to ship out the item.

If the item has not arrived within 10 business days after the expected shipping times for your area then please contact Australia Post to enquire further. If Australia Post cannot find your item then please contact us within 10 business days after the expected shipping times for your item.

For same day shipping to apply the item has to be purchased before 10am that day. If the item is purchased after 10am there is still a possibility it could be shipped that day but if not, then it will be shipped the next day. We try our best to adhere to same day shipping but sometimes the unexpected can occur. This could be related to medical, family or any emergency and significant reasons which prevent us from shipping your product within the handling time. We hope you understand that these situations can occur, and we will try our best to ship the product as soon as possible and will keep the buyer updated in the meantime.

Returns policy

Faulty Items:

Before shipping the product to the buyer, the product is inspected to ensure it is in working condition and passes our quality control standards. Sometimes there is no way to tell if a product is faulty. If a product is found to be defective or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

After we receive the defective or faulty product and it has been identified as defective or faulty by us these are the options for the buyer:

-         A full refund will be made on the product and we will pay for return shipping fees

-         A replacement product will be sent if there is stock available at the time

If an item is found to not be faulty the buyer will be required to pay for any shipping costs associated and a 20% restocking fee if the buyer does not want the item anymore.

Non-Faulty Items:

Buyers are able to refund and exchange items up to 30 days of the purchase if the product is kept in:

-          In brand new condition

-          Unopened packaging

-          Is the exact same product that was sold to you in the eBay sale

A change of mind refund, incorrect purchase or product exchange will incur a 20% restocking fee of the value of the item and buyers are required to arrange and pay the return shipping fees.

NOTE: Any opened health related products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons
