new Brake Master Cylinder (5/8") (Single
Line) for the following models from Triumph -
TRIUMPH
Triumph
Spitfire Mk1 (1147cc) (Brake Only)
Triumph Spitfire Mk2 (1147cc) (Brake Only)
Triumph Spitfire Mk3 (1296cc) (Brake Only)
Triumph Spitfire MkIV (1296cc) (Brake Only) (Where single line
system is used)
Triumph Spitfire 1500 (1496cc) (Brake Only) (Where single line system is used)
** For
the spitfire MkIV / 1500 you have to measure the height of the reservoir -
Some later Spitfires need a short master cylinder to allow the bonnet to
shut - From top to bottom (Including the metal part) this Pot is 5.0 inches. **.
(** Not
for the Triumph GT6 - It's not the same as a Triumph Spitfire **)
This
master cylinder will not suit the GT6 or Vitesse, it will not suit any models
that have Tandem brakes fitted.
The bore
is 5/8 or 0.625.
