4. When the funds are cleared than TOOLS-NOT-TOYS will arrange delivery in 5-10 working days but in most cases delivered much quicker excerpt WA, NT, NTH QLD & SOME REGIONAL AREAS may take a bit longer.
5.   Warranty – All new items sold are covered by manufacturers warranty, TOOLS-NOT-TOYS can assist in obtaining warranty provided the customer have the purchases invoice BUT customer has to pay all freight costs to & from their location.

10.   Replacement Parts Warranty = All new items sold are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, TOOL POWER can assist in obtaining warranty provided the customer have the purchases invoice BUT customer has to pay all freight costs to & from their location to our address. We are not responsible for time & productivity loss BUT our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
11. INSURANCE for transit damage is five dollars AND add this to total if required as PayPal does not warranty lost items in transit.
12. PICK UP is permitted on this item provided the customer makes an appointment with TOOLS-NOT-TOYS by emailing via EBay + quote your item number of product purchased  and the freight fee will be not applicable BUT a $25.00 pick-up administration fee will be applicable per item. We are in Huntingdale, Victoria. Please provide proof of purchase when picking up your item, you cannot just turn up unannounced. Also note that in some cases pick up may not be available straight way - due to low stocks, Pick ups are cash & carry only AND must be completed within 3-days from close of auction.
13. PAYING TIME TABLE = TOOLS-NOT-TOYS allows customers 7-days to make payment via internet banking & credit card payments and PayPal payments to be made same day after winning the auction or else the sale will become void & null. We will report to EBay that no payment was received.
14. Cheques & Money order payments are not permitted by EBay
15. The simplest way for you to check your payment status is: After I receive your CLEARED payment, I will update your Payment Status to “Payment Received" on my EBay account. You should be able to view this status information from your EBay account and you will get an email from me notifying you of the receipt of your payment.
