We sell USED items, or older NEW items that have never been opened. We acquire these from Estate tag sales and Estate auctions. We try our best to represent them accurately and when possible we test them as best we can. Used items are never as good as NEW. Even though some items may have never been used or even removed from their original packaging, rest assured the original manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Do not purchase if you are not willing to accept less than perfect. Please read the description thoroughly and review the pictures carefully. 

Please report all issues within 10 days of delivery.

Payment must be made within 3 days, with PayPal, or major Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account. U.S. and Canadian buyers may return for purchase refund within 30 days. Return shipping is not refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions. Multiple purchases will have shipping combined and charges adjusted and refunded if necessary. We reserve the right to cancel orders from third-party drop-ship services.

Buyer responsible for any state sales or use taxes; and any customs fees or import duties if shipping outside USA.

About Shipping:

• All items for sale are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours (often within 12 hours), except for orders made on Friday, Saturday or a Holiday; those will be shipped on the next business day, usually Monday. Some larger, heavier, and complex (& expensive) items will take 1-2 days longer due to the extra care required in boxing them up.
• Items shipped to USA and Canadian addresses will be shipped the least expensive way, typically United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Select or FedEx Ground. An expedited shipping option is available and may be selected at checkout.
• Orders over $100 value may require delivery signature confirmation.
• Damage or lost item insurance is included in your shipping fee.
• All orders, except for letters, include a tracking number that will be E-mailed to you.
• All foreign orders (except Canada) will be shipped to ebay’s shipping center in Erlanger Kentucky to be re-shipped to you. ebay says this saves you money and improves delivery reliability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund all monies paid if we believe the location the item is being shipped to is known for unreliable delivery or is a PO box, or that the buyer is a third-party proxy or a drop-shipper.
• We will not accept returns of items that have been unassembled, had their cases removed or have been tampered with. We record serial numbers of all items shipped.
• Please contact us first for instructions for all return or refund requests (item not received, damaged, not as described, etc.)
• Buyers using the “Local Pick Up” option must communicate with us within 3 days and make arrangements to pick up the item. Items not picked up within 30 days will be deemed unclaimed and will have a $25 per month storage fee assessed.
