SHIPPING

Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being received. We send daily Monday to Saturday, items purchased on Saturday afternoon will be posted on Monday. We ship via Australia Post. Please note that we will ship your item to PayPal address. It is your responsibilities ensure your PayPal address is current and correct. Additional postage and handling fees will be charged for any item that is returned to us as uncollected or undelivered. We will happily combine multiple items into a single shipping price. When you have finished shopping, please contact us to have it arranged.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location and usually is between 2-7 working days within Australia. 99.9% of our parcels are delivered within this time, but sometimes transit time can take up to 6 weeks and this is entirely out of our control. If you require your item urgently, we highly encourage you to use express post checkout. If delivery takes more than 21 days please contact us ASAP.  If no-one is available to take delivery of parcel, Australia Post will leave a card so you can pick it up from your local Post Office.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

FAULTY ITEMS
Items genuinely faulty on arrival will be exchanged within 3 days of receipt. You may be required to initially pay for return shipping costs. Reimbursement of the shipping costs will be arranged once we receive the item. If item is out of stock, refund will be made.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive item different from what you selected please contact us immediately for exchange.

CHANGE OF MIND
Postage costs are not refundable and it is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back to us at own expense within 7 days of receipt. Items which are being returned for an exchange or refund must be in the original, unused condition with all packaging.
