ABOUT US: Our business is named Junk and Disorderly. In addition to online sales, we sell out of an antique store in the Phoenix area. We had a store front and warehouse we sold out of in Hesperia, California, until late 2016, when we moved to Arizona. We sell all kinds of items (just check our current listings for the variety of things we have) and strive to give you the best items, at the best prices with the best service and fastest shipping turnaround.

ANTIQUE ITEMS: We do our best to describe
items accurately. Please remember when purchasing antique, vintage and used
items that they have had a life before reaching you. Expect small little marks,
scuffs and signs of wear unless otherwise noted in the description.
A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING: We're sorry but we only ship to the verified eBay/PayPal account address. We cannot ship to third party addresses (as a gift, etc.). This is to protect both you, the buyer, and us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We welcome international orders however, we DO NOT offer free shipping on international purchases. We utilize Ebay’s Global Shipping Centers ONLY for international orders. Additionally, import, customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer and you may incur additional costs because of this.
FEEDBACK: We do not leave feedback until the end of a transaction. We do not consider the transaction completed until we receive feedback from the purchaser confirming the item was received and the purchaser is satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback so that we may have a chance to resolve the situation.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 3-days of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be returned within 14-days, in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, "Free gifts" or bonus items, all items included in a bundle. Item must be returned postage paid by the purchaser, with tracking. Upon receipt and inspection, refund of purchase price will be initiated. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
If you feel the item received is not as we described it, please initiate a return through Ebay’s Buyer Protection Guarantee Program and we will be happy to pay for return shipping, if it is determined we failed to describe the item properly.

Buyer recognizes they are purchasing a used/pre-owned item and Buyer assumes all risk and liability for use of said item after taking delivery of the item.
