Ordered items are sent within 5 working days after receiving the payment.

The delivery time is an estimate only and may be slightly longer for reasons beyond me.
Make sure that your address is current. If you want me to send the items to a different address please contact me before sending the order.
Important!
The buyer is obliged to cover all the costs associated with the fees, taxes, customs duties due in the country of the buyer. Before buying, please make sure that there are no additional costs associated with that.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case you do not like your item and you have never used it you can contact me and send it back. I will make a refund. If you have used a purchased item it is non-refundable. If you received the item which does not correspond to your order, please contact me to clarify the matter.
Please note that items are made of natural wood. Therefore, the items can have different colors, may be darker or lighter, can also experience slight cracks, which are the natural characteristics of the wood. Every item can come up with another piece of wood and its small imperfections are natural.
The rights to all the designs in the shop are reserved. The use of images contained in the store without my permission is prohibited.
