To find the size you need, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch in millimeters. Or, you can look up the lug width of your watch by doing an Internet search (the identifying info for most watches is found on the back case).
The pins are slightly wider than the size you need (the ends are spring loaded and compress when pushed down, ensuring a tight fit).
These pins fit all watch brands that use spring bar pins: Seiko, Timex, Citizen, Rolex, Omega--any watch that takes a spring bar.
The pin diameter is 1.5mm.
