Shipping
2.Shipping time is based on the item location. Items located in USA will be sent out via Fedex or and delivered within 5-7 business days. Items located in China will be sent out via E-packet and delivered within 15-20 business days.
3.Please make sure your shipping address and the order information is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.
4.International are responsible for duties and customs fees.

2.If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or any further problems, you can return it for replacement or refund, please contact our customer service on within 30 days from item received.
3.For damaged items on arrival, please contact us immediately, sending us an email with a photo is preferred. We will offer solutions to such cases. Full refund or replacement will be guaranteed.
