I have seen many cabbage patch dolls going  for a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for a variety of reasons, clothes, still in box, red hair..the year.. BUT never have I ever seen one with her right eyebrow missing..

Yes totally missing.. Rare you might say

and yes shes still in her original box, with her birth certificate.

I'm sure her missing right eyebrow is a factory mishap. Surely I believe that's what kept her from being played with for 39 years.
