If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warranty, can I get it repaired myself? Your warranty is with us only and has to be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere. If item is taken for testing or repair to any 3rd party then our warranty will be void.

If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do? We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair; however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part.
